The IQOS app and your IQOS device pair through Bluetooth® to communicate. You will have the chance to access the customization features and update your device's firmware to the most recent version.

For adults who would otherwise continue to smoke or use other nicotine-containing products and who reside in Italy, this app provides information on smoke-free products.

All adults who might otherwise continue to smoke or use other nicotine-containing products are encouraged to take IQOS. We do not provide IQOS to people who have never used or quit using tobacco or nicotine-containing goods. IQOS was not intended to be a cessation support system or a substitute for stopping.
